FileSystemManager.copyFile(options)
参数说明
options 为 object 类型，属性如下：

| srcPath | string | 是 | 源文件路径，只可以是普通文件，不能是目录 | 1.15.0 | |

| fail | function | 否 | 接口调用失败的回调函数 | 1.15.0 | |
